The online portal enables gives you the customer the ability to process the Flexi-Fi application with ease.

Flexi-Fi is a retail instalment payment plan facility, an easy alternative to paying with cash or credit card. Whether it’s a new couch, dining table, bed or in-home furnishings, Flexi-Fi is there to make finance simple!

It’s all about the customer – you are in total control. Just select the goods you want; then select the amount and repayment term and you have full access to your Flexi-Fi account via your very own self-serve portal. Customers can even pay out their Flexi-Fi purchase early without any additional fees or charges.

What it costs

To access Flexi-Fi, there’s a €35 application fee paid up front upon approval and a €3.50 monthly accounting keeping fee to run the account. These fees are included in the credit and payment schedule; itemised on the payment schedule. Customers remain in complete control and know everything up front – no hidden fees or charges.
