o We stock a large amount of furniture but lead-times can vary from product-to-product, you can find an individual lead time in the product description. You will also be emailed by your sales representative upon placing your order. Your sales representative will manage your order for you from point of order to delivery to ensure a timely and efficient delivery at a time that suits you.

o Do I have to assemble items myself?
o Our delivery experts will assemble most large products. We assemble all dining tables and chairs. We do not assemble any flat pack furniture. This can be done at a small charge if requested in advance of your delivery. We take away all packaging as part of our delivery service.
o What happens if my item is damaged?
o We deal with damages on a case-by-case basis, but if something's broken, all you have to do is email a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll give you a call to arrange everything. For more see our returns policy.
