Our Showroom is open Monday – Saturday from 10-6pm, Sunday and Bank Holidays from 12-6pm.

Our Delivery Office and Customer Service office are open Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order.This will contain a link which will allow you to track your order. You will be contacted via text message to advise when your order is in stock and given the details for payment and booking of delivery or collection.

Payment

Yes we offer finance and our sales team can give you full details and walk you through the process.

No this facility is not available. All orders must be paid in full before your delivery date can be booked.

Yes, we offer price match if the products are like for like from the same manufacturer.

Delivery

For all Dublin deliveries the charge is €60 and all Nationwide deliveries including Northern Ireland at €119.

(we offer reduced Dublin rates of €39 and Leinster rates of €69 for online bookings only).

We assemble all dining tables, chairs, stools and sofas. There is a charge for all bed assemblies and this needs to be booked in and paid in advance of delivery.

Yes you can collect your order from our Warehouse between Monday – Friday between 10am-4pm and Saturday between 10-2pm.

Collections must be booked in at least 24hrs in advance.

Please notify the driver of any transit damage immediately and log this with our Customer Service team as quickly as possible on customerservice@diamondfurniture.ie

Changes or cancellations

Unfortunately changes or cancellations are not permitted.You are bound by our terms and conditions once your order has been
placed and any changes or cancellations will result in loss of deposit.

Unfortunately, returns are not possible. We would ask you to please check all dimensions, styles, colours and fabrics to make sure everything suits before purchase.

interior design service

Yes, we have our own in store Interior Designer on hand to help. We also have a design bar specifically for customer ordering your table and chairs. We do not unfortunately offer a home call out service.
