Lead time: Once your order has been placed we will contact you by email to confirm your expected lead-time.  Products from our CUSTOM COLLECTION will usually take a little longer as they will be manufactured specifically for you.

Delivery: We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day by telephone or by email at least 3-5 days before your intended delivery.

Assembly: We will assemble all dining tables and sofas if you have selected our delivery service. Any other item may be assembled on a  chargeable basis. Our assembly service can  be selected at checkout. Please be aware that assemblies may not be carried out by our delivery team. In some cases a separate assembly call will be arranged on the same day as your delivery.
