Q: Is your showroom open?
A:Yes our showroom is open for private appointments and click & collect only. You can book an appointment online. 
Q: I placed an order before the lockdown, will I still get my furniture before Christmas?
A: We aim to deliver all orders as soon as possible.  Some orders have been delayed by Covid-19 restrictions, we will be able to arrange delivery once the furniture arrives into our warehouse.
Q: Is your delivery and customer service office open?
A: Yes, our staff are still working on orders and service queries.
Q: How can I place an order?
A: Shop online 7 days a week at www.diamondfurniture.ie or contact us for a video call.
Q: If I place an order online will it be still be delivered even though your shop is closed?
A: Yes, we will endeavor to deliver all orders once the goods are available. You can message us on Instagram, Facebook or send us a mail for sales enquiries.
Q: Will you be assembling my furniture?
A: Unfortunately we are now operating a fully contactless delivery in line with government Level 5 restrictions so assemblies in your home are not possible.
Q: What if I had paid for assembly?
A: We will reimburse you for any extra charge incurred for assembly if this is not being done.

Q: What are the telephone and office opening hours?
A: Our telephone lines for customer service are 10am-4pm Monday Friday. During these Level 5 Restrictions.
